Morlay launched the ‘Future Pharma Leaders’ scholarship programme in January 2024 to support meritorious B.Pharm and D.Pharm students from economically weaker sections across Uttar Pradesh. Ten annual scholarships of ₹50,000 each are awarded based on academic merit and financial need, with preference for rural students from government institutions. In the inaugural year, 10 students were selected from three UP universities. Recipients also receive professional mentorship from senior Morlay leaders and preference in campus recruitment upon graduation.
