Medical Representative — Cardiology & Orthopedics Division Sales

As a Medical Representative at Morlay India, you will be the face of the company to healthcare professionals in your territory — promoting our cardiology and orthopaedics product range to doctors, hospitals, and clinics, and driving prescription generation in your assigned area.

→ Visit 12–15 cardiologists, orthopaedicians, and GPs daily as per tour plan
→ Conduct effective product detailing using visual aids, clinical studies, and scientific literature.
→ Meet monthly prescription and sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager
→ Organise CME meetings, doctor group meetings, and product awareness sessions.
→ Maintain updated DCR, submit daily call reports via SFA mobile app.
→ Liaise with stockists and distributors to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
→ Gather and report competitor activity, market intelligence, and customer feedback

→ B.Sc. / B.Pharm / B.A. with Biology (min. 50% marks); MBA in Pharma Marketing preferred
→ Fresher or up to 3 years of pharma field sales experience
→ Two-wheeler with valid driving licence mandatory; strong communication skills in Hindi

CTC: ₹2.4 – 4.2 LPA + TA/DA + Incentives (up to 40% extra)

Area Sales Manager — Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand Sales

Lead and manage a team of 8–10 Medical Representatives across UP and Uttarakhand, driving business growth, managing distributor relationships, and building key opinion leader (KOL) engagement. A leadership role with direct impact on regional revenue targets.

→ Lead, coach, and motivate 8–10 MRs to achieve territory sales objectives.
→ Conduct regular joint field work (min. 15 days/month) with team members
→ Manage distributors, stockists, and CFA relationships across the region
→ Drive new doctor acquisition, key account management, and institutional business.
→ Maintain updated DCR, submit daily call reports via SFA mobile app.
→ Analyse sales MIS data, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
→ Plan CME programmes, product launch events, and regional doctor conferences.
→ Handle MR recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and attrition management

→ B.Sc. / B.Pharm with MBA preferred; 4–8 years pharma sales with 2+ years team leadership.
→ Prior experience in cardiology / ortho / nutraceuticals preferred; strong MS Excel skills.
→ Two-wheeler/4 Wheeler with valid driving licence mandatory; strong communication skills in Hindi

Morlay Wellness Sales Executive — Nutraceuticals Division Wellness Div.

Promote the Morlay Wellness nutraceutical and health supplement range to gynaecologists, physicians, diabetologists, and organised pharmacy chains. This is a high-growth role in our fastest-expanding business unit with excellent earning potential.

→ Promote vitamins, minerals, and specialty supplements to target specialist doctors.
→ Develop and manage relationships with premium pharmacy chains, health stores, wellness centres
→ Achieve monthly value targets and prescription generation KPIs.
→ Organise patient awareness camps, nutrition seminars, and product demonstration events.
→ Provide regular market feedback to marketing team for product and pack development.

→ B.Sc. Nutrition / B.Pharm / B.Sc. Life Sciences with strong scientific aptitude
→ Prior experience in Nutra Div. / 1–4 years experience in nutraceutical, FMHG, or ethical pharma sales; passion for health and wellness.
→ Two-wheeler with valid driving licence mandatory; strong communication skills in Hindi

CTC: ₹3.0 – 5.5 LPA + TA/DA + Retail Incentives
